Terms & Conditions

• We operate a 14-day return window.  The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase.  The product must be returned by the Royal Mail Tracked service which is payable by you.  Please keep your proof of posting.  The address for returns is hello@potect.co.uk.
• Refunds will be processed and applied to the original payment method.
• Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Potect will only be shipped to mainland UK.

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange, please email your request to hello@potect.co.uk, with pictures of the damaged items.
